Chris is part of Cedar's tax team, specialising in Professional Services Tax. He collaborates with Accountancy and Consulting Firms both in London and across the country.
With over five years of tax recruitment experience Chris previously specialised within R&amp;D Tax, VAT and Capital Allowances but now focuses across all different tax disciplines for his clients, these range from Big 4 and Top 10 to mid-tier and smaller boutique firms.
Through Chris&rsquo; years of specialising in Professional Services, his clients trust him to guide and advise them not just on specific recruitment needs but also broader issues. He assists in recruiting from senior through to partner levels, focusing on qualified candidates looking for the next step in their tax careers.
Outside of work Chris is an avid football fan supporting Southampton home and away, as well as being a big film fan frequenting the cinema.

Having previously worked in that area, Natacha has established herself assisting firms of varying sizes and sectors, helping with their tax recruitment needs.
Before her recruitment career, Natacha worked as a lawyer. In her spare time, Natacha enjoys doing yoga and traveling.

Kirsteen joined Cedar in Cedar to lead the Tax Division having specialised in this market for 20 years. Throughout this time, she has built an established network across the senior in-house tax market, placing permanent and interim tax professionals. Kirsteen recruits across corporate tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing and human capital from Head of Tax/Tax Director level to Tax Manager level. 
Kirsteen has a long-term approach to relationships and clients value her knowledge of the market and trust her to provide objective advice when looking at recruitment solutions, team structures and salary guidance. She has a proven track record delivering on search mandates, multiple hires, team builds, and reorganisations, as well as contingent and interim solutions.

Dan is part of Cedar's tax team, specialising in Professional Services Tax. He collaborates with Accountancy and Consulting Firms both in London and across the country.
With over two years of recruitment experience, Dan assists firms of varying sizes, ranging from Big 4 and Top 10 to mid-tier and smaller boutique firms, helping with their tax recruitment needs.
He recruits all levels, from semi-senior to Partner and everything in between with a primary focus on qualified candidates aiming to progress in their careers. This includes roles such as Corporate Tax Senior, Private Client Tax Assistant Manager, Mixed Tax Manager, M&amp;A Tax Senior Manager, Real Estate Tax Director, International Tax Partner, and other positions within tax practice.
